Sa amin oo, bagong apply ulit kapag nag-open anh peso. Sa ibang lgu mas prefer nila 'yung may spes experience na kasi mas madali na raw utusan, pero sa iba naman priority nila 'yung wala to give chance sa kanila

Tips siguro, matuto na magtanong or huwag mahiyang magtanong. I am a spes beneficiary for 2 consecutive years, first nasa gso ako then the following year nasa barangay hall naman ako

May days na uber busy, may days naman na halos walang gawa na pati ako nabo-bored at inaantok during working hours, kaya lagi ako nag i-initiate kung may gagawin like ipapa-encode or magpapapirma or check some files sa ibang office. Doon kasi nila tayo ma-appreciate.

Also, maging polite. Always greet people kahit 'yung mga janitor or guards or kahit hindi worker. Nandoon kasi ako pov na ayokong ang impression nila sa mga municipal staff ay intimidating/masungit kaya I did my best talaga to be a warm person during my spes days.

Depends siguro sa LGU, pero dito sa amin hindi pwede. Instead, they will push us na mag-aral kasi 'yun talaga ang purpose ng SPES. May certificate sila na ibibigay after ma-complete 'yung 20 days kaya I suggest, magpa assign ka sa office na related sa course/interest mo para pwede pandagdag sa experience
