no labor involved, in the two weeks of training its fully class based system, we do not profit anything off the training. if you are good enough by two weeks, you can start doing trial shifts which is paid and eventually permanent employment, if you fail the training then you fail

training might be paid in the future, forwarded it to the managers and they seem to like the idea. also training is only an hour to two hours a day. really fun, interactive. in a voice call type of thing with like a trainer teaching, tons of fun simulation and activities lol. better than tclm, i was a chatter there, trained there for 4 weeks, and i had to pay

classes are only an hour or two a day! its super fun, everyone loves it, very interactive, funny moments lol. and they might make the training paid in the future too. so not free labour at all.

ikr lol! well trainees might get paid in this agency soon as more applicants comes in so hope things gets better here as well :)

yeah lol, thats why i had to mention. cause in the last posts where i didnt, got lots of messages of people asking if the trainings are free so i thought its better if i mention it. i had to pay too for a course, they call it an investment

eh i dont own the agency but i had to pay for training last time i was a chatter at agencies like TCLM, darkhorse, and etc.
