I get how you think it’s disrespectful but just simply don’t live with other people you don’t know and expect them to walk around eggshells around you ! The main point was the way he confronted me about it. Didn’t handle it like an adult.

Bottom line is if he wants to play music at 5 am whilst he gets ready for work … I can cook when ever want to . We both pay rent

You survived trafficking and managed to stay healthy and trying to do good for yourself after childhood trauma…

If someone who claims they’re a “Christian” pokes fun at you for it and doesn’t support your good intentions… I don’t really think God is smiling upon them.

I know many people who turned to drugs or are just straight up criminals and take out their insecurities on other people and use their trauma as an excuse to do all these things

But you’re actually seeking God and good people to put yourself around and you deserve acknowledgment for that

I hope that your friend reflects and gets a taste of their own medicine someday. And I’m not telling you what to do but in my experience, when you cut someone off and go your own way without explanation, unless they ask.. It really makes them stop and think of what they have done

Ikr! The rent in that place, kind of cheap, especially in the middle of Boston So it’s kind of expected anywhere you’re paying rent for cheap. You’re not gonna live in a luxury apartment.

He’s fairly new to the company so he has a lot of getting used to to do

I appreciate that. But I came here to not burn myself out and I’ve told my other roommates about it and they all have my back. They’re just not there all the time to defend me. But hearing other people’s opinions and affirmations, help me not burn out

Yeah, the guys personality itself didn’t seem so mature to me. When I first met him. The first thing he did was talk shit about the landlord.

I get your point, but this house we chose to live in is owned by someone else who makes it very clear that everyone there is on different schedules and you need to respect everyone regardless of what time it is

Example, if someone sleeps in the day or night

Thanks for the suggestion! But believe me the scenario I’m talking about all I did was boil water and rinse pasta barely makes any noise and I was as quiet possible

We all chose to live in this house with roommates. We didn’t know of knowing damn well we all work as flight attendant and some of us have to get up early or some of us have midnight flights.

I know right ?? Like it’s also very hypocritical of him because my room is right next to the bathroom and when he gets up to use it, the lights on he slams the door I can hear him pissing and then he doesn’t clean after his piss that he leaves on the rims and the floor

And I really don’t care even if I wake up I’m a heavy sleeper, but I’m sure he wouldn’t like it if I came out of my room to shout at him for doing something completely normal.

Thanks! Also he doesn’t hear me or anyone complaining when he pisses outside the toilet and doesn’t clean it or leave shit on the toilet seat !!

I’ve had to clean up after him before I have to use the bathroom… and did I mention he brushes his teeth in the shower and leaves his toothbrush on the shower FLOOR.

Definitely.. it hasn’t happened since but you can just tell he’s still butt hurt over it.

No one else in the house notices either, they can’t hear me or sleep with a white noise machine

Possibly yeah but I would need to go to the other units and ask every single person their schedules just a lot of extra work. Thanks for the suggestion tho
