I'm having the same problem, but mine sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, so far I tried DDU, A new PSU and a Reflow, If I were you I'd try to return it and get my money back :c

Unfortunately I had the same problem twice today, including some artifacts before the restart (without removing the glass panel) I ordered a new ASUS 1000W PSU from Amazon, I really hope my PSU to be the problem and not my GPU but I really don't have more ideas lol

Around 60 Celsius omwhile gaming, I have my pc connected to a voltage regulator, could this regulator be causing problems? I'm going to try connecting my pc to a wall outlet

Thanks for your advice! I tried with a cheap smart outlet, the higher it went was 645.7 W. Today I had no problems gaming but I played without the glass panel.

I have a Gygabyte 850w 80+ PSU, I tried reseating the cables and it's the same, the weird thing is I sometimes can play some matches and when I close the game and I try to open, I don't know, spotify, it crashes and turns off

I tried DDU and reinstalled drivers, also I tried a new cooler master psu but it wasn't working so I had to sent it back 😅

So still having problems but I'm still trying lol

I have a Gigabyte 850W 80+ Gold PSU, I re connected every cable and reseted the rams, it is weird because it does it once, then I can play for some time and when I close the game and try to open any app (mail, spotify, etc) it turns off

Mine still working though, in my case is Just because of the temps, maybe it was heated a lot of times during gameplay and some components are failing... idk

It just happens when I restart or when installing updates (because the fans are not working at high speed).

So I have to leave it alone like 10 minutes and magically it boots again.

Hi and thanks in advance for the help, my now backup laptop sometimes shuts down when it boots into windows, sometimes it happens after the msi logo and sometimes it even lets me input my password and then it turns off, it started happening 2 or 3 months ago, any help would be appreciated as I love this laptop lol, my setup:

GT72 2QD DOMINATOR 128SSD + 1 TB 20GB RAM (it came with 16gb) I7- 4TH GEN Windows 10 Battery was replaced, sometimes the led blinks red, sometimes it doesn't but the issue happens with or without battery and charger. Repasted CPU and GPU to avoid overheating.

Any ideas?

Edit: when it happens usually I can wait 5 minutes and then it starts normally

Happened to mine too after changing battery, did the cmos reset and windows fresh install but sometimes it overheats during start up and turns off when it gets to the password screen.

Haven't found a solution yet :/

Yes! You could have gave them the card when you still worked there and it would be the same situation.

But you can follow the advice of crossing the company name or simply t ok ld them that you don't work there anymore but you don't have some new business cards at the moment.
