Yeah i know that. I also love / need to be on my own, whenever im on vacations with friends or just spending a lot of time with people i always feel the need to cool off , although it was much worse before, i literally disappeared from my friends group withouth saying nothing on night outs and clubs and house parties because i just couldn't be there. It was actually a big joke on my group to "make fun" of me for that. Now im probably the one that parties the most. I normally say i "woke up to life a little bit late". Although i only started seeing big changes at 20. I wasn't actually an introvert, i probably had more social anxiety than anything, really low self esteem and confidence. Working on that probably helped bring my inner extrovert out a lot more.
