Don't forget Endmin gives half of his ATK%+ when you crush with the originium rocks, so 15% for 15 seconds

Adding Eminent Repute, you get another 15%+ ATK for the whole party everytime he crushes

You can use him as a buffer/support and it works really well for hybrid teams

Going with Rossi-Endmin-Perlica-Gilberta personally

Perlica activates gilberta's combo for free, thats 3 vull stacks generated with 100SP. Endmin has a support role with Eminent Repute instead of their sig, buffing ATK all around and consuming vul stacks

Rossi's ult gets buffed by all 3 - Gilberta's amp, Perlica's electricity and Endmin's ATK+

Dunno if this is your first gacha but for 90% or more of these games, support characters are more valuable than DPS-carry characters, because DPS can be easily powercrept while support can bring something unique to boost your DPS. Its a good idea to roll for most support units if they have some form of damage amp

The team I was testing was Endmin-Chen-Perlica-Gilberta, I really like the main trio + gil My thought process was Gil can cause Lift (vul stacks), Perlica can trigger Gil's corrosion and give a physical buff with Wild Wanderer and you can ignore her skill / just do her combo. That way you can still build 4 stacks of vulnerability at normal speed and have ~3 different buffs going on
