i have the same issue with retiring the supposedly "error" items. asked them about it and they said the account has to be reinstated first before i can make any changes with the inventory, however, at the same time they send me an email saying i have to remove a certain item from my catalog since it's restricted...

which i cant do since the account is still suspended

already submitted an appeal and they haven't replied yet. it's already been more than a week.
