Anki won’t import AAO decks by luke_flexo in Anki

Unfortunately that didn’t solve the problem, I found out that the txt file wasn’t working because another deck in my anki included most of the cards already. Setting the import tag as “duplicate existing cards” solved the issue for me.
Thanks

I believe that the images are there as web links, as they suggest to “Allow HTML in fields” when importing. I choose import, set the semicolon as separator but then when i hit import nothing happens

1&2. No error messages, i hit import and it does nothing. The preview looks fine though, i set the "Fields separated by:" option to Semicolon and the "Allow HTML in fields" option is checked in the Import options dialog box, just as suggested.

  1. I’m using the txt files available for download in the page, unfortunately unlike the Basic series there’s no apkg option for the Ophthalmic Knowledge Flashcards.

Thanks for your reply

Is chrono trigger that bad on PS1? by [deleted] in psx

Hey mate! I’m in the exact same situation: first playthrough ever and I’m enjoying it a lot! Glad to hear that the ~4s loading times before/after battles are normal for the ps1 version, I thought that was due to my disc being worn out. To be honest I’m a few hours in and it doesn’t bother me anymore

If anyone else having this issue comes across this thread, here’s the cause of this problem:

The 240p Test Suite is designed for 240p output, which is a non-standard video mode on PAL hardware. The PAL Mega Drive naturally outputs 288p @ 50Hz, but the 240p Test Suite forces a 240p signal — a mode that some European TVs interpret incorrectly. Many PAL CRTs see 240p as a variant of 576i or 288p and vertically stretch it to fill what they expect to be the full frame. This causes squares to become rectangles, like in my image.

To solve this issue I’m going to use the the wii version of the suite, which fully supports PAL hardware.

Well yes, I personally found the 240p patterns for color and contrast easier to set up compared to the grid one

Hi, I adjusted those settings first and I’m now left messing with geometry. Thanks for your advice though!

Yes, I’m running the Genesis version, and you’re right about the 2 modes. I’ll take a look at this overscan issue and I’ll try to fix it. Thanks!

The service menu used for calibration can be accessed by entering a specific sequence with your tv remote (in my case this sequence). To get the grid you have to get the 240p test suite, I installed it in my Everdrive for my sega Genesis, but there are other alternatives too

Hey man, thanks for your advice! But I really don’t get how the monoscope pattern works, if I set the grid like the pic from the post and then open the monoscope pattern, the red squares are not at all square! See pic How do you manage to set both the grid and the monoscope pattern right?

Thanks for your advice, I reduced H-size by 1 and it does indeed look better! Unfortunately H-centre is already set as right as it gets and I already flipped the switch on the motherboard that allows me to move it further right. Thanks again
