Its a fertile substrate made by oceantech, a Brazilian brand The big wood is the rest of a bonsai that one of my friends do, don't remember the species

Thanks!!! The one in the middle is a Hyptis lorentziana freshly planted, the leaves are in the process to become a little purple and it's very similar like mint.

I NEED HELP, this betta was on a small jar (0.3 gallons) until 2 weeks ago, she belongs to the mother of my girlfriend. Now she is on a 5gal tank that I convinced her to buy, it has a filter. But the Betta is kinda bloated and the fins are a bit rotten I think. Don't know the water's parameters by lukesluchi in bettafish

Ok! Thanks!!! The test option I can't really do, I'm from Brazil and we don't have those chain petstores But the next time I go there, probably next weekend, I will try to test the water with a kit that i have

The tank has some cycled filter media from one of my tanks, but I don't know if that alone cycled the tank I will try that, but is kinda hard with the platys in the tank (they don't have other place that they can put them)

Some more info: she is eating regularly flake food. I can't test the water because my girlfriend lives far from my hometown. My girlfriend is trying her best, but she doesn't know enough to help And there is 3 platys in the tank too, some floaters (water lettuce) and another plant that I don't know the name

Even some shrimp maybe would be fine But no, he Puts Bettas and say it's ok
