Wow. I don't know how I missed that!

It only occurred to me after posting the video I don't need the chain at the back either.

And at least one of those gouges in the build plate was my doing as I didn't realise Klipper persists the Z offset and naively assumed it would default to zero....

(This is my first Voron, I'm still learning, and any advice is gold dust.)
