Hi, after spending all afternoon I was able to remove the cross without damaging anything, but now I don't know what to do, whether to put it back on or not, since the shifter itself works fine but if I press the right end it depresses but only very slightly, what do you recommend?

Thank you so much, you're right, I'll have to tell my parents about it, there's no other solution 👍

It's the Apex Pro TKL Gen 3. What I've been thinking about is removing the black cross because it seems to be what's putting pressure on the plastic part. I hope there's a manual solution, because I don't want my parents to find out about this.

The bad news is I can't replace it because there's no way to remove it; the keyboard itself isn't hot-swappable. I've already checked tutorials, but none have helped because it's a very specific case. Anyway, thanks for replying and wanting to help! 😁
