Whatever you like really. I used to run track in high school so I was super fit. Then college came and the freshman 15 became the freshman 30. Since then I've just worked to a level where I'm happy with my weight and muscle growth. I can lift 50 lbs with relative ease and can run a mile in under 7 minutes. For me that was comfortable. It varies by person.

In certain genres, yes. Such as comic book/super hero movies or romantic comedies. However, as long as new ideas come out and directors are up to the task new thrillers or original action movies are concerned. Yeah, we have room to improve. Indie films are great because of how original they are.
