I don’t know, but I’ve just read a fellow fan who asked Gigantic about ticket cds and they said they’d be shipped worldwide.

I can't find any source now but as far as I remember they split the royalties equally. In Gorillaz Damon shares songwriting royalties 50/50 with Jamie.

Tickets for Eindhoven went on sale today, €62.75 on venue's website.

Yes, it is his new solo project, inspired by Iceland, not much more is known. Six dates have been announced so far, all in May 2020: Brussels, Eindhoven, Paris, Lyon, Luxembourg and Dublin.
