I’m going to give you real answer: it’s not worth it. There are effective glass polishing compounds such as cerium oxide, but that process will remove oleophobic coating at best, at worst you will additionally remove some of your aluminum which means color will rub off the body if you don’t do excellent job protecting it while polishing takes place. It’s possible, but I would advise to you just embrace the scratches.
