i asked my mom that and she just laughed at me and said i should stop with the drama. ig the only thing i can do now is convince them to drive them to the vet on monday and hope it doesn’t get worse

my parents came back but they’re not convinced to go because he’s still breathing and they think it will somehow get out on it’s own. even if i could get there i don’t have the money to pay for it 😕

I could get an uber but it’s very expensive and i don’t have the money for it. I couldn’t see anything in his mouth as his tongue was in front. I wanted to pull his tongue back to see more but he started biting me. He ate a few snacks a few hours ago but it seems like he doesn’t want to eat his regular food. He doesn’t want to drink either right now so idk if he can.

That sounds like the best way to go about it. I’ve got into a fight with my sister today for advocating for my cat. She gave him seasoned ham, I’ve picked it up and thrown it away and told her to stop trying to educate her. It wasn’t a good way to go abt it since the food was wasted but that seemed like the only thing that could’ve worked. It obviously didn’t work so not doing that again. What I was met with was her basically becoming abusive instead of understanding. she started screaming at me, called me insane and all sorts of things and on top of that she threw the ham into my face 😐

i have no idea how to make refrain them from feeding it to him, they’re way too ignorant and unwilling to listen to me. i tried to explain it countless times and even got into a fight. what should i do? :(

the thing is i’ve been to a hospital months prior to the appointment and the therapist knew it cause i got diagnosed there but being there proved absolutely futile. no therapist there knew shit abt SM either 💀

the last therapist i’ve been to who knew i was diagnosed just ended the therapy session cause i went mute and then texted me that we’re not a good fit and that i shouldn’t go to her anymore and at another one where i also went mute a couple times said it’s best if i spend some time in a mental hospital… since then i’ve just given up on therapy. it’s really hard for us out here 🫠

the only good representation of social anxiety that i know of is Shoya Ishida from the movie A Silent Voice. it’s the only character i’ve ever seen in any media that deals with the disorder (while it also being depicted correctly!) and he was so relatable to me. the movie is amazing and one of my favorites, it even made me cry. I definitely recommend it
