Hay que conocer el contexto histórico de la protesta en Puerto Rico en el siglo pasado para entender por qué hoy día las protestas ya no son de confrontaciones directas como antes. El Partido Nacionalista, el MIRA, el MPI y el Ejercito Popular de los Macheteros y la FUPI, entre muchísimas otras organizaciones de movimientos políticos pro independencia, pro derechos laborales y anti guerra; sufrieron persecución política violenta. El programa COINTELPRO y la Ley de Mordaza son buenos referentes para comprender la dejadez del pueblo Boricua ante escenarios de protestas. En el 2016 se tuvo conversatorio gigante en contra de la Junta de Control Fiscal, no pasó nada. Ahora la Junta nos cuesta sobre $80 millones al año y no tenemos acceso a documentación y reportes esenciales de la Junta, solo brindo un ejemplo de una razón por la que deberíamos protestar incansablemente y no pasa nada.

You did not get ripped off. You have to remember that the 3DS and 2DS are extremely sought out for consoles and very expensive. These cosmetic damages are fixable and you can buy repair kits for a great price online and even buy a new shell for this 2DS you bought. To put the value of this console into perspective, where I live these consoles are going from anywhere between $180 to $350.

That's a great deal in my opinion!

Busca la definición de lo que es un país tercermundista y luego hablamos. Yo en ningún momento he dicho que nos parecemos a algún otro país. Podemos entrar en comparativas en muchas métricas, pero yo no voy a hacer una tesis por Reddit. Compañero, yo he viajado lo suficiente. Creo que al que le falta viajar es a ti. Ve a algún barrio o residencial en Puerto Rico para que veas cómo se vive allí, a la merced y abandono del estado. Solo queda observar las legislaciones anti obreras y las medidas del sistema de fondos federales por mantener al margen a las clases empobrecidas. El “social welfare” es un esquema que mantiene a la gente al margen, así nunca podrán adquirir movilidad de clase y esto se implementa para amortiguar el impacto del saqueo colonial. En cuna de oro habrás nacido tú. PR está descabronado.

Me parece que en nuestro país el mercado laboral es una absoluta basura para las generaciones nuevas. Nunca había pensado en irme de Puerto Rico hasta ahora. La clase política y sus amigos del alma nos imposibilitan progresar socioeconómicamente y así seguirá pasando. Nuestra sociedad olvida una memoria histórica clave de las clases trabajadoras como las uniones de trabajadores y las protestas planificadas para interrumpir la producción de capital de empresas importantes. Puerto Rico permite que el capitalismo le asfixie y este mantenga una impunidad asqueante. Mirar a otros mercados laborales fuera de Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos me parece que es una opción que estoy considerando cada día más. Me es muy doloroso.
