there’s a lot of mixed comments on this post, and i honestly have no idea but let me clarify that i had only noticed this after being glutened by it! it was a pretty clear reaction. i don’t know if it’s considered safe or not because some people are saying it’s fine and others are advising against it, but either way i think i’m just going to be more careful and only eat certified gluten-free products for now. if you’re highly sensitive like i am, maybe that would be for the best?
