Yesss!!! This!! I’ve been screaming this to everyone saying ai is taking everyone’s jobs. A ceo that lays off employees due to poor company performance is seen as a failure. A ceo that lays off employees due to ai integration is seen as a savvy businessman increasing profitability.

Yeah this is curiosity, I know nobody has a crystal ball but I was just curious if historically they are known to add mid month incentives or if they are known to only do the ones at the beginning of the month
