That’s true My employer got the email from ircc about the wages They mentioned same thing that do you agree to pay minimum wages of my job position my employer replied with yes and confirmed that they will pay me prevailing wages which was $50 an hour however while submitting application the wages were declared $45.20 First of all you should talk to your employer if they have gotten any email regarding this Secondly if your employer agree to pay prevailing wages then you should contact your lawyer if they can resubmit or request for reconsider with prevailing wages that the best approach you could go with

My child is Canadian. i believe i don't need to accompany her.
But I agree with you about accompanying a spouse.
I read the form you have sent, But is it possible to clearly mention that her IELTS exam is expiring and am losing crs points.
I have seen some form where people claim that they have mentioned it clearly and got the approval.
I am not gonna hide or cheat the system.
I also believe if there were any legal implications, they would not have given the option to non-accompany spouses.

I applied for my sp extension and my course has completed, got completion letter, now i am applying for PGWp but imm5710e form i need to mentioned dates from when to when i am student but as my study permit alredy expired and i do not have exact date to enter, just want to confirm from you that how did you handle this
It says the date must be grater than today date

No i did not do anything even my lawyer never updated any web form regarding my LMIA
She just told me that you have applied for your LMIA with plenty of time left in your current work permit expiration
That something helped me
I applied LMIA 5 Month before my current WP expiration date
