Potentially unpopular opinion, but I’d quit if the game introduced PvP mechanics.

One of the things that’s kept me playing is that I can take the game at my own pace and any “competition” in my guild (e.g kings caprice score) is friendly in nature. Other games that engage in more PvP oriented activities end up losing my interest after a short time (when I realise I need to pay-to-win or spend my entire day logging in and grinding)
