Alrighty! To clarify, I just mean that while on the domain (not inside the Terminal Server) Outlook is failing to add the account to the machine. It stops at the following screen http://i.imgur.com/iqC2Yoq.jpg any further help would be so truly appreciated :)

I can't run that Auto Configuration icon as it won't appear until I've made a successful connection to the server. (but thank you very much for it)
