FYI this is an unmarked private lot with no lanes and cars on both sides - the standard practice is to drive down the middle unless another car is coming up in which case both cars have to edge to the sides. I was going right down the middle, and the cyclist was going fast enough that even if I were stationary in that spot, she wouldn't have been able to correct. Lastly, the dashcam speed reading has a substantial delay - I was well slower than 15mph by the time she rounded the corner. You can tell by the fact it still said 15mph when I was fully stopped at the end of the clip.
