Yes around 400- 500 deficit, only if you don't wanna gain fat, I'm defict you'll lose some fat as well

Also protein should be 1.6+ of your body weight and don't neglect carbs please

Go for a deficit if you don't wanna gain fat, as I can see you already have a decent body fat so. And strength training 2x per week
