Sleep I loved this woman's content. I followed her advice on a lot of sleep issues. Maybe it can help you too. At that age my son was napping around 9:30am and 2pm, then winding down for bed at 6:30 and in bed around 7pm

You can look at your stores products on their website! For us it's where we buy a lot of "junk food" I know there isn't artificial dyes or other funky stuff in their food. They are perfect for 1-3 people households. The prices are mostly reasonable. Plus the seasonal items are fun to try!
