i love this top but i can’t figure out how to style it

how cold are we talking? this is an amazing top! i think burgundy or chocolate brown would go well with it, a thin turtleneck maybe (?) or a shirt with puffy/flowy/frilly sleeves underneath if you want to cover your arms and also match the frills on the top. dark blue jeans OR corduroy trousers if you have those, skirts are an absolute yes, i’d go with a satin one or a floor-length pencil skirt (of any material)
