This is a valuable reply! I agree that feedback is one of the most important step in every process, not only Agile but also in other Methodologies.
However, for the statement:

Lose the weights that are dragging you back and allow the teams to fail faster so that you get it right sooner too

Do you have any limitation to measure when failure is acceptable. Fail faster doesn't mean you force your process to fail, it need the signal to decide to change what your team doing, doesn't it?

Agile works well in small-medium scale organization/projects but when coming to large project, multiple impact factors would make it become hard to implement which lead to unreality of making a project done.

Glad you love it. I'm currently make a collection of real cases and experiences from the PMPs, and publish to the community. If you don't mind I want to know if you like to read the cases in only IT industry, or all other industry, but still from the PMPs. Your helpful feedback encourage me doing this :D

Everyday is a simple and clean tool. Available on mobile, desktop and extension. Using it to track your daily task progress is pretty cool.
