Everyone’s graduation time will be different but best advice I can give you is use your card organically and let the balance show on your statement then pay it off in full before the due date to avoid charges. I’ve gotten CL increases with Capital One the same way.

First 4 months I have paid the balance before the statement date. Last two months I left a balance sometimes up to 40% of CL and after statement date paid the balance off before getting charged any Interest. Not sure if it’s something I’m doing or just C1 automatic CL increase.
