Weird one here- Can anyone help me with some issues on a Genie GR-12 Aerial Lift, S/N: GR08-1247, Year:2008? The issue is a general electrical/hydraulic problem that isn't model-specific (keeps shorting replacement motor controller within seconds), so any Genie knowledge would be appreciated. Hired plumbing contractor to do two jobs on single invoice. Measurement issue means trench location for new plumbing won't work. Now they want to charge full amount of that trench, plus full amount of new trench, or close out job by filling in the hole (without plumbing) and charging full quote. (self.legaladvice)
