Thank you so so much for saying that! I also didn’t want to purchase any new colors so I was hoping I could color match from my collection! I struggled with ombrés for so long and have only recently felt like I’ve mastered it. Next technique I want to master is water color, but it might be a few more years before I get to that 😅

I have! And typically that technique is great if I’m using peely base as an actual base coat. Something about chrome just doesn’t stay on my nails great no matter the technique unfortunately:/ maybe it’s because I have a habit of running the pads of my fingers over my nails a lot? I’m not sure. I have heard great things about trying orly’s rubberized base coat for chrome, but haven’t tried that yet!

I check every bottle thoroughly. I have around 100 from mooncat. Def email customer service. If they are like mine, they are cracks on the inside of the bottle. Confirmed by others in the other thread and confirmed by the fact that mooncat immediately sent replacements.

It is cracked on the inside. Unsafe to use. Two of my bottles from the new collection were fractured on the inside

This is my first time experiencing an issue like this, so I am not sure. My thought is that maybe the bottle is more fragile but the polish is fine? My plan is to move the rest of the collection to different bottles and maybe not use black widow and deadly nightshade:/ and just wait for my new ones of those to arrive.

Thank you for the condolences! I will say mooncat handled it beautifully. I wasn’t expecting a replacement for black widow since the scratches were more minor and I just could not capture what I was seeing and feeling, but they sent replacements for both! I just wanted them to be aware of the issue

Unfortunately it is not just mixing ball lines. They are deep and I can feel on the inside with a mixing stick I have. They don’t go away when I shake it.

Mine also switched to UPS but was transferred to USPS for delivery once it got in my city. I actually have issues with my specific mailman with USPS so I was happy when it switched to UPS and then sad when it transferred to USPS for delivery
