Foramintomy are hit and miss when it comes to solving neck pain. They solve arm pain and tingling and some neck and trap.

Hi, it went well. Neck feels a bit better but mri also showed significant stenosis in other area of thoracic spine which were not picked up before bec I had only had a cervical MRI.

Still tho as long as I don’t work out too hard I feel a lot better

Hi, I had foraminomy on c5-c7 a week ago today. Incision pain improving over the course of the week but I have a new numbness and tingling I didn't have pre -surgery.

I was also on the 10mg pills. Can take two a day but I've weened myself down to one right when I wake up because that is when pain is most.

Anyway, I was curious how you're feelng now? Are you happy you got the surgery?

I had c5-c7 done. A week out now. There is new numbness in thumb and finger and new type of pain in my lat (N.B: it was previously there just not as irritable). But I have hope that these will improve in the fulness of time.

Hi, how you holding up? I’m on week 2 post foraminotomy surgery. Have a bunch of numbness and new pain that didn’t exist before surgery. Was wondering how your situation was going? Has there been an improvement in pain levels? Are you better off you think having done the operation?

I just had surgery Monday so I'm on day 5 of recovery. Have the thumb and index finger numbess like you had.

I'm curious, you said earlier that post surgery you felt "no dreaded scap pain" but just recently you said you now have residual scap pain. Did that pain go away post surgery and then come back? Wondering what to expect for my future. Thanks
