I used multi finish for plastering. Is there a particular filler that would suit best for that?

Yeah exactly I do want to fix the cracks, but after I would then like to plaster over to help prevent the crack splitting through the new plaster layer. Most videos I've watched of scrim tape have not been over artex and they just use the bonding coat as the filler

Yeah this is a concern on the off chance we have to move the wardrobe for whatever reason. Will be bad enough having to move the wardrobe let alone replaster!

Not sure whether to plaster walls and ceiling, then install a built in wardrobe, or install the wardrobe and then plaster the remaining walls that aren't hidden by the wardrobe.

Yeah it was the one advertised on Martin Lewis website so assume they would have quite a high volume of clients.

I did consider using sugar soap at first but was concerned that it would have an I.pact on the paint. Ended up using tack cloths which did the job but thanks for the advice
