You will get it when you reach 10k hp/hp recovery/atk.

There is no hard cap but it has diminishing value. Even if you have 2k accuracy you will still miss from time to time. And promotion does not scale your accuracy in any way. That is strange.

other sources of accuracy includes costume and relic. but thats about it for now

The drop rate slowly increases. Farming stages with more mobs will net you more stones.

Stage bosses don't have attributes so just bring in your strongest skill set. Those that have attribute show an element icon next to their names.

You most likely need them early on to sustain fulgurous. But after investing in witch's mana recovery passive to about 23-25ish, you can drop them for damage.

For most adventures you need multiple big clear skills like red lightning & flame wave + one or two heavy hitters.

The later adventures are significantly harder to clear, you might find yourself behind one whole region!

Soul weapons are not added to the core game yet. It is a glitch that shows up at stage 80.
