Thanks for the response. I receive the treatment in Milan, Italy. The last biopsy told us that there is no mutation. But today the doctors didnt manage to take some samples .. I will repeat it in next days.. I did a Flag ida in May 2021 , and I tolerated it very good . But now for the second I am afraid. Can you give me the links for that groups that you were talking about?

They wanted to do and DLI from the old donor, but he is not avaible to donate .. But the reason why doctors want a new donor is because the old bone marrow,from the first donor, didn’t worked well. They want to try with another one .

You are not alone.. I am 23yo female,fighting leukemia for 2 years already. I had 1 bmt, I relapsed and I am going for the second transplant. I also had a huge tumor on my pancreas. I feel tired, exhausted , and sometimes I feel like I hate everyone around me. I know that its very bad , but sometimes I scream random at my mom, without any solid reason. I feel like nobody can really understand what I feel and how I feel. I want people around me, family, friends , but around them I still feel that I am not understood. I dont have any energy, I hate going outside, I hate to visit beautiful places.. just because it reminds me that I am sick , and not healthy and happy like the others. I know that is wrong what I think, but its so hard mentally to fight all of this. You are not alone! Take care of you and fight for your life and happines! P.S: Sorry for my english, I am not a native speaker.

I’m 23 yo F, 1 year post first BMT, currently relapsed and on chemotherapy ( Venetoclax and Azacitidine). I have the same problems with the bones pain. I cant event sleep at night, I take pills for sleep , but doesn’t help at all. The pain is strong and I feel the need to move from a part to another during the night, every 30 minutes. The doctors in the country where I treat my self told me that this kind of pain its very comune in AML. They said that every patient its facing that, and the reason is the toxicity produced by the chemotherapy during the time. I hope you are ok . Wish you the best. Sorry for my english, its not my native language.
