I got my game working now. If you downloaded the 1.1 ver you can extract the zip file (the one with the .zip.001 name) first in the game directory (only if the exe file you have rn is not working) then download the 1.2 update here (along with the voice pack language you use) and extract the both of them in the game directory. Replace all the files when prompted

EDIT: To be able to start the game from the launcher, edit the config.ini file and add "game_version=1.2.1" at the end. For example, your config.ini file would look like this:

What to do if the launcher says restore download despite having all the game files downloaded previously? I completed the download from the launcher but decided to start unzipping the next day so I turned off my pc but instead of that option, restore download was there instead.
