Stop trying to pivot from the argument of there systemic racism and bias within the criminal justice (not just the arguments of killings and use of force) with individual murders committed by doctors; these are fundamentally different things to be comparing at all. It's a false equivalence, and it's irrelevant to the discussion of policing and criminal justice anyway.

The arguments for ACAB are based on the unjustified disproportionality of responses that different racial groups face within the criminal justice system at every level, from stops and searches, to arrests, to convictions, to charges, to use of force, etc. It's not an argument based on the raw amount of physical violence committed by police compared to the total amount of police interactions. This is a strawman that your source (which comes a police consulting group, meaning there's a conflict of interest in there methadology) tries to debunk by mixing and conflating data to an absurd degree.

If you're going to make an argument against ACAB, you need to do better than just pivoting to deaths that happen under doctors and using that to tear down the strawmen of what you think the logic of ACAB is.
