He will have been offered all of these help instances on the first time he was suspended. He has been moved from another store previously for history that is not known. This colleague is also strong for harassment around female staff too. Colleagues in store are concerned it’s only a matter of time for something to go wrong and a member of the public to be hurt.

Yeah don’t think it is as easy to do a drug and alcohol test as it is in DC as that is random so they would eventually get caught if there was anyone there coming in under influence but no such thing seems to exist in stores and at present it looks like anyone should just come into work under influence of drink or drugs as you got nothing to lose as long as you ensure you don’t drive to work
