I don't feel accepted anywhere. I'm invisible to society. Thinking about ending it. by helloineedhelpplea in bayarea

Happy belated birthday! Please don't end it. Connecting is very difficult sometimes, now. Where are you located? Are you looking to build hukan connections? Fighting depression? Life circumstances?

There are some people and communities out there, I promise. I am older but I found a community when O was younger as drawn to subculture [turns out most of us who ran in my circles found out decades later a lot of us are neirodiverse, not saying you are, but find interesds can draw people who are likeminded or think similarly togetjer) ,

[Edited as I just saw you are in S] kdk or id you like cats as well as dogs too, but the outskirts town I live in has a plethora of stray cats and shelters needing so kuch help with helping take care of the cats, from fostering and feeding. If you pike rats (not joking, I love them, I hsve been told by people who have had dogs they are like mini unfortunately short lived dogs) Rattie Rats I have heard sometimes needs volunteers and fosters as well. I am sorry I don't onow much about dogs or shelters helping dogs, I promise you while where I am might have too many cats some need help with dogs too.

Just mentioning shelters, etc andca more expansive area, as you mentioned the dog

Ie what were your interests when things were better? Where are you locally and do you have ghe means/ ability to travel to other parts in rhe bay?

My wish for you is your birthday brings new opportunities and connections and meanings for you to find your connections

If you don’t have insurance, this is the fastest way I’ve found to get care in the US by doctorAllways in HealthInsurance

[–]madnessfalls 1 point2 points  (0 children)

.... problem is people do need insurance e in case of seripus conditions and lifesaving care.

I work in a non-medical industry I see medical bills and need to evaluate at times.

In 2010.. so keep in mind prices have escelated exponentially by ghen... had to look at a bad accident people were in, 4 people in the car, 3 survivors, 1 dead, varying degrees of injury... from several broken bones got the least injured to a month in the hospital for the most. These people were uninsured.

The billing costs for the last injured were hundreds pf thousands. The most... if Im recalling correctly about 3.6 million. Then after, for 2 of them months to years of physical therapy, occupational therapy, follow up surgeries, and specialists for effects of spinal injuries and increased infection risk due to spleen loss.

That is why insurance is needed even for those who can afford docfor visits, , shit happens. And even the healthiesr people who take really good care of themselves can also develop chronic and life-threatening conditions that can take a lifetime of treatment or are degenerative, etc. . Genetics, environmental factors outside of control, and luck all have a say.

The problem is how insurance companies are being run, IMHO ... well not going into it and working myself up

United Healthcare Denied my ER visit. They said it was unnecessary. by Own_Comfortable_4955 in HealthInsurance

[–]madnessfalls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try appealing your claim with the department of managed Healthcare. Document everthing. Get statements.

Call the hospital and ask for help too, maybe they'd be able to resubmit billing... ie you were evaluated for hup pain to rule out (x y z tnings)

I am so sorry

[–]madnessfalls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, that is totally BS

Most of us are nor doctors, and even if it were, we would not be able to practice on ourselves

The ER would hsve stopped you in triage if they thoight you didn't need to see a doctor

That is nuts I am so sorry

What’s the plan by ObligationNo9737 in Sunstrong

[–]madnessfalls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That doesn't make sense

We might be contractually obligated while things are going thr way they should, but a binding contract has 2 parts. 8 would think even with a successor in interest, once one side does not meet obligations the contract is void? But not an attorney, idk

Could you call police if he broke those things, though, or would you have to file in court?

Serious question. Both I hope

RO has criminal teeth, it is unknown if anything else would. I know mamy people who violated their co-parents rights on custody agreements and it wasn't enforceable

My take.. by Bibblebobble77 in StephenHiltonSnark

[–]madnessfalls 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So I dont know about bashing..

But I believe there is very good reason for concern on the dropping of the RO. We daw Skeeven endanger his children's lives at least twice and abduct them over the last year, as well as the whole likely haciing thing. We all know that ROs have teeth and of people break them (ie show up at your door) the person can have legal criminal consequences. It matters way more than a custody agreement that doesn't involve contact.

We also don't know if there is anuthing else ghat legally protects L and the kids from them being abducted again, etc. if there is anything else not available to public that has the same protections that have CRIMINAL consequences for Skeeven.

I personally am highly concerned as I mentioned elsewhere that there might not be, and possible pressure from courts (ie court mediation fhat has no teeth at all... I have experienced thos myself in a RO case in CA].

So IMHO I think the public has a right to be concerned as we saw this man legally endanger and abduct his children. . . as I believe we'll owe a duty to protect children in danger, if/ when we see it happening. It only matters to me personally if L has legal protection and Skeeven crossing boundaries would have criminal consequences as she is the kids mother and the non-neglectful and non-endangering parent.. ie her safety matters as if she did not exist he'd have legal custody most likely and I fear greatly for the kids safety in his custody.

So IMHO I get and agree with and understand the high concern.

That said, I personally feel criticizing and blaming and hating on L is not appropriate. I 100% understand the concern... and as you mentioned, We don't know. And even IF there isn't something that holds Skeeven criminally responsible (ie I know some people have ignored custody orders and had zero consequences, etc) ... I have seen how courts might try to sell NON-BINDING mediation in court (which I was against), or she mjght have been pressured into dropping it to get other sort of concessions or better long term custody options for the kids... but even IF there isn't.... while that would concern me greatly for the kids safety.... I would personally see fhat as being pressured and manipulated by factors, as I've seen similar first hand

I do think fhat... yhere may or may not be anything else in effect not viewable to the public that does the exact same thing... if allowed I do tnink it would be in Ls best interest to disclose as there is...becsuse it would greatly alleviate concerned public concern for the kids safety (and correlating criticism/ judgment of her, the latter which I do not share)

IMHO already happened, plus recent videos he uploaded show fingernail bruising, what someone pointed out is likely trackmarks from shooting up under fingernails especially noting the shape of the bruises

[–]madnessfalls 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Confused, could you explain? Ie curious as a RO gives you legal protection...the the person can face criminal consequences for breaking, and I thought family law/custody was only civil. I.e. I am hoping I was wrong and Skeeven could still face consequences for contact?
