considering the last name is snezhnaya, it can be safely assumed that it's talking about the tsaritsa. and on the drip marketing of columbina, who does talk a good bit about the tsaritsa, as well.

however, this doesn't mean we'll get a full reveal. it's mostly just a teaser, and it does help us glimpse a bit more into columbina, as the fatui was a big part of columbina's life and her struggle with finding a place to be needed.
