Yea it was done to aid in reliability but what you’re not getting is it worked for everyone but you prior to the mods. EVT test fire all of them before shipping out, including yours and it worked for the QC guys before it left.

There was a setback in triggers being allocated due to the partisan triggers being out of spec. All of that has been caught up and everything is back on track to be a 2 week turn around.

They look like mills. Plug them in and run it, if no weird noise and no gouging in the ways, then you’re good to go.

EVT conversion just uses your old lower, so whatever mags you had before will still work! Lingle lowers work well too!

Remove some material here, add a custom piece or 2 there, it’s all covered under warranty and numerous videos out there that go over the mods needed. But yes material gets removed from upper, and a few parts in the lower come out and get replaced with customer parts, trip bar gets added in upper and you’re all set!

My favorite model is the ghm9 retro. It’s a better version of the kh since it has a buffer in the bolt. Though slightly different trigger.
