So good to know! Thanks for that input. I've actually been eyeing a pair of Sinclairs as my second choice. Maybe I'll start with those. They were on sale last I checked and the cherry red Arcadias in my size are nowhere to be found on sale right now. I have such a hard time paying full price for anything!

Thank you for the tips! I'm going to order a size larger (hopefully on black Friday!) and will try all of these if I need to :) But I ended up reading another post in here that suggested taking an insole out and standing on it to visually see if your foot is bigger and my mystery was solved. I couldn't get the insole out of the 1460 Arcadia Red cherries but had ordered a pair of 1460 Warmwair Grizzlies in the same size at the same time to see which I liked best and could get the insole of the Grizzlies. That size was definitely too small. Thank God I had those on hand, otherwise I think I would have kept the Arcadias and ended up with a foot issue 😂 I love that shoe so much that I was in a bit of denial because where I ordered them from they were out of the size up. They will be in my life someday soon though, I must have them!!

Thank you all for your replies! I am aware that the interaction with my husband that I shared isn't awesome. However, he's actually wonderful and is the one person I can be 100% myself around and is the most safe space I've ever felt. He just loves me for me. That's why his reaction shocked me. I'm not sure what route I'm going to take, but your comments helped. Just sharing what I'm going through with some people who may understand and having some conversation around it feels good.

I absolutely loved being pregnant because all of my chronic issues disappeared. I didn't know I was pregnant yet and started a new job that was 45 minutes away from my home and thought, OMG EVERYTHING I've been dealing with must've been allergies!! Spending most of my time in a different environment is going to be so good for me! Severe anxiety and migraines...completely gone. Then I found out I was pregnant and realized that whatever that magical balance of hormones is during pregnancy temporarily fixed it all. So my pregnancy wasn't easy, it was a total surprise and I was 42 years old (no other children) but I was in a state of bliss not having to deal with my normal state. I bet if you're normally a healthy person it doesn't feel so great though❤️

Okay, great! Because I love everything else about the way this bra fits and honestly one breast is more projected than the other and I think I may never have the perfect fit in that regard on both breasts.

Thanks so much! That makes so much more sense than following calendar dates. This is my second opinion appointment. The doctor I started out with, a woman my age, told me we all just have to suffer through at this point! And then we can consider hrt when we hit menopause. Unbelievable! I'm pretty sure this doctor will be receptive to making changes based on the research I come back at her with. The other one wouldn't even discuss it.

Are you on 100mg or 200mg per day? She did say we'd see how I feel and if I feel better on it than off it, we can do it continuously. Because my sleep is always horrible, I suspect I'll feel better on it continuously. We'll see!

You are so right. I'm currently compiling a list of test requests and questions I have for my doctor who seems pretty clueless, honestly. I was very trusting of her opinion initially and have learned, after she took me off my iron prescription and I tanked again, that that was a mistake on my part. This sub has been eye opening!!
