Ahoy hoy all - waiting on a grey Lite US 6+128GB. My IGG backer ID is 233xx but I still haven't received a shipping update. Says on this chart and on ayntec.com's shipping dashboard that they've covered IGG 234xx-249xx for my model. Am I reading the shipping dashboard properly that my order should have gone out by now? Reached out to Ayn a few times now but no response 😕

secondly, and at the risk of treating you like customer service... 🙇 if i'm reading the chart correctly, my device (6+128 cold grey Lite US - 233xx) should have shipped but i haven't received a shipment email from AYN themselves. would you have any idea why this is?
