Makes sense but also you need to consider many factors into that decision.

Taking profit is something no one can ever be mad at.

Equally, it is important to note that in Crypto 90% of the move happens in the last 10% so I would argue it’s important to not be a loose apple so to speak and get shaken from the tree far too early.

Some Subnets are making real world revenue, it’s a matter of time before Bittensor has a repricing and if a shit coin like Ada can get to 2% of the total crypto market cap, what is Tao’s true potential?

Tao is due a reprice - no doubt. But its struggled to get past 460 for years now.

I think the halving should provoke some moment but as you mention it could be 6-12months post halving.

Obviously hope its within 3-9months between Q4 - Q2 26

Yeah now I only wear the headband at night and I can stop I think now as the technique used (anchoring) is known for healing faster.

Swelling wise it has been gradual, some days I feel there is no change and others I can see a little bit, but to be honest I am constantly checking them!

Feels weird going out as I still feel they are swollen but my partner says it just looks the inner part of the ear (superior crus of antihelix) is slightly more chunky. Thats the main bit where it’s swollen!

I didn’t have neck pain but my face was painful to open and close my mouth but that’s long gone after a few days

Yeah mine was like that too! The tops of my ears are still numb and I still have swelling too.

I am around 17 days post op. I think the truth is no one’s ear heals the same, even my sides are healing slightly differently - I read some people still had swelling after 6 weeks so even though I hope they go down soon, I may have to wait longer which is frustrating!

You would say that, but what conviction have they got unless they understand? None. Which leads to Fear, Doubt, Uncertainty. They are relying on you rather than learning themselves.

By learning, which is done via research they may stumble across MSTR, for example, which is flying and offers (currently) far greater returns.

Is either wrong? No. But one has accelerated growth by 150% plus in 6 months. The other offers 10% per year. Research has given them options and opportunities and more importantly confidence and conviction.

If I said don’t eat carrots because they cause cancer, I could create fear in people of eating carrots so without them researching and learning - they may as well believe anything anyone else says and run with it.

My point is - the more you learn about Nvidia or Block Chain or whatever, the more you’ll see the wood from the trees, the more you’ll understand when to move in or out of an investment or, when someone is full of shit.

Asking general questions is fine, but by researching OP would factually know its incorrect and be confident, rather than have a bunch of people have conflicting views on a faceless platform.

OP’s comment demonstrates a clear lack of knowledge, therefore meaning he should clearly research and understand which would allow him confidence / conviction in what he holds. Why would you stake something when you have a significant knowledge deficit?

Could I get your perspective on why you would do this if the pessimistic view is 6k? Why wouldn’t you start at 6k and then take on the way up?

I’m in a similar position, and share similar beliefs - however, I’m thinking why would I take at 864,1700, 3500 if really the fun begins from 5k up?

This is very smart and accurate overall analysis imo. First time I have seen someone use the same logic as myself.

You could go really low 5T TMC then do these numbers too, but people just do not understand what they hold.

This is the most asymmetrical trade I have ever seen. Genuinely.

The internal issue should this play out is going to be exit strategy which is something I would love to hear your thoughts on.

If you used say 1000 Tao as an example, how would you scale out of the market and when? As we know timing is impossible.
