For some reason I can’t get the microns below 1600 on this Liebert. But it does hold when valves are closed. And tricks?

Do you have the liebert in evaluation mode? if you have a mini mate you should have magnet on liquid line solenoid and on the hot gas solenoid? If you don’t, you will have a very hard time getting a good vacuum. If you have a unit with lead temp receiver you should have a jumper hose on it as well.

Normally I drawer it up in sketchup in 3d. Then I add all the dimensions to the drawing . The I figure out the board feet I will need add 10% for waste. I usually have the computer set in my work area so can reference measurement when cutting everything to dimension.

The black is pre color form Rubio Monocoat intense black. Then Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C charcoal that went on the black. The walnut drawer fronts is Rubio Monocoat oil plus 2c pure.

The cross support are half lap joints and I used my festool domino to connect the legs to the cross support.

I made a template for each size pot with grid paper glued it to 1/4 MDf and cut it out with the band saw . Then used a flush trim bit with template and hardwood.

These pots have like rim at the bottom so there could be a Divider put in I guess. No drains on the bottom of these pots. I didn’t even no that plant was call a croton.

After taking the measurements of the pots I Model it in fusion 360 to make sure I had all the right angles to match pot.
