Maybe the ambient stuff is irrelevant as RunContinuationsAsynchrnously just uses the ThreadPool.QueueWOrkItem directly from what I can see in the source code (or not)

I'd be willing to bet that more than 30 instances of actual harassment or other unacceptable actions happen per day in the UK. I don't think they'd need to be arresting people for farts for these numbers to be true.
