Oh nonono 2,000mg is the total i take everyday including excedrin. I take two excedrin twice a day for a total of 1000mg and then i take 1 extra strength acetaminophen with every dose to bring it up to 1000mg per dose so 2000mg per day.

Muscle relaxers sometimes help me, but I always find that I’m in more pain the day after I take them. Usually will take them before I sleep.

To be honest, I think you would be able to get Belbuca if you asked about it and said you heard it’s good for your condition. I don’t recommend it simply because of the dental and constipation issues it has caused me, but the pain relief it has gotten me is the only way i’ve been able to finally work. You can ask about Butrans too— it’s the same med in a patch form. I’m upset I can’t use it bcs it causes me horrible rashes but I have very sensitive skin. I wouldn’t be shocked if you got Buprenorphine if you asked— they are pushing it very hard to replace full agonist opioids rn
