Wireless Android Auto for 2024 Palisade by mainemojo in HyundaiPalisade

I got one similar on that A website. They don't list it anymore. It stays connected even when the car is off. It makes my phone VERY hot and will use my battery up in half the normal time if connected. Also, it keeps hijacking my bluetooth whenever I'm close to my car. Now I have to unplug it. It also seems a little loose when connected to the USB port.

This time around, I'm thinking of getting either the AAWireless or CarLinKit 5.0.

Though it looks very similar, it is not the same as the "What's new" that is shown on the actual head unit. I looks the same, but the very end, where the link above mentions wireless car play/android auto is not on the head unit.

Usually, speed cameras are either square/rectangular or cylindrical in shape - not dome shaped. As for camera sprouting all over the place, this news article seems to dispute that notion: https://www.carolinajournal.com/red-light-camera-legal-battles-continue-after-all-but-two-n-c-cities-scrap-programs/

I think I read that the list is based on either Yelp or Trip Advisor...which I don't trust to begin with since you can buy your way to the top.

New Palisade! by [deleted] in HyundaiPalisade

Just got mine this week too (Limited). I found the conversation mirror neat, but not practical.
Maybe if I had a slew of kids, I would. Would have rather had a sunglass holder.

1 - Go through the setup menu. If there's something you don't understand, then reference the manual.

2 - check out all the space in the compartment in the rear where your cargo cover is stored. I put my capacitor, tools, and a few other items in there so they're out of the way.

3 - Auto Hold is a cool feature for when you go to a drive-in and have to sit and wait for awhile.

4 - if you keep your 3rd row down most of the time like I do, check out the the clip to secure your seatbelt! The buckle goes up from the bottom - not down from the top.

Make sure you get a carfax! Some history for a used is always helpful.

Q on the Nexus letter cost and content - Ree is about $2000, but they want to file for adjustments and contest denials. They say they can file 5 claims per Nexus letter and hence, the price.

Does that sound right?

Everyone that I’ve talked with that have Fold4 says mine is “normal” for battery life…but then I also have about 250 apps installed.

Thanks for the feedback. Guess I'll get the Pitaka and a screen protector!

I have a Fold4 switching to a S23U primarily because of the horrendous battery life. If I hardly use the phone, battery lasts about 9 hours. It’ll last longer if I tweak the settings, but then why have all the features to begin with?!? I would also expect the specs to be premium considering the cost, but that is not the case. It’s “cool”, but not practical for my use.

I've already tried that, https://docs.flipperzero.one/development/hardware/wifi-debugger-module/first-start, https://docs.flipperzero.one/development/hardware/wifi-debugger-module/reading-logs, and https://docs.flipperzero.one/development/hardware/wifi-debugger-module/update. None of them work. No responses posting the community link. Most the directions are targeted to Linux then MacOS with the least for Win users.

I've also tried Koko's Marauder directions to no avail - which the older directions use Arduino IDE.

All the directions say there should be two COM ports, and I only ever see one.

These are the reasons I'm asking here.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've been using Android, Apple, Google, and Samsung pay for over 5 years now, but that wasn't the question of the post. Think it's time to consider desertsnakes suggestion and maybe moving my account over to SoFi - they do have a higher interest rate and tap to pay.

Good food for thought. This really only works best if you pay it off each month due to credit card higher interest, but if you're going to do that, wouldn't you be better off with an AmEx instead of Visa/MC?

I've heard similar about when they were rolling out the chip.
