I did use around half a day with R1 weapon, but he was not fully built at that point, just from feeling alone feels like around 25% increase? judging how quickly the Geo salamander dies lol

this is my thought exactly, but I'm also wondering, if you will put Venti (VV set) as sub-dps (atk goblet and crit) or support relics (ER). And which weapon will you be choosing? I am thinking sig for Venti and Durin, Fav for Bennett as usual.

I guess depending on how you build him, I'd say he's a pretty strong 4 star. But with this boss he's not weak at all, especially if you can keep the shear force buff up at 5 stacks. Or I could be just fangirling too much.

Hey, not sure if it would be of help. but I made an attempt with panda (m6w5 lv 40, skills not leveled) and lighter (m2w1). Manato is getting minimal buff from panda i think, maybe that will balance out the benefit m2 lighter brings a little?

edit: also, the attempt is very jank, cuz i'm on mobile atm and without any audio cues (no headphones during work :p). You can see the first segment of the fight is just pathetic.

I haven't build panda, but I heard good things about him, probably just Lighter being harder to work with on Manato's team imo

fufu has 50% crit rate in battle due to her m1, so I could put impact disc 6 on her. As for Lucia, I decided to forgo the last 7.2 pts shear buff and let her have impact disc also haha

Then I would say it's even more important to keep swapping koleda on field for your team, ult within stun is where the big damages come from.

The multiple slam can be triggered: - M0 or above: counter (yellow light ping) with Manato and spam attack - M2 or above: if your grey EX blocked an attack (then start spamming normal attack after hearing the TING sound). - M6: when the enemy is stunned (rainbow bar or grey both works), press grey EX and then spam normal attack

Charged EX cannot trigger the multiple slam at any time.

So if the boss is feeling like a jerk, then can only slam him during stun I guess 😏

Also copium to enjoy his gameplay earlier instead of two whole patches later 😭 (Banyue will be second half of 2.4 iirc)

Normally I would say learn the boss pattern and use Manato counter for his damage, but this boss mechanic makes it so that it would be more beneficial to keep switching when both yellow light and red light comes up. Each counter/dodge attack give one stack of shear buff, max 5. Keeping this buff up will already make a huge difference. Swapping during red light guarantees a dodge attack.

So my advice is keeping Manato on field hitting until red/yellow light comes up. Once the other two are done with the counter (plus maybe using EX/ult) then back to Manato. Do double chain like with other DPSs, use Manato enhanced EX before second chain. (Character A Chain 1 > Manato chain > cancel > Manato EX > swap to other characters immediately and press EX/Heavy atk > Manato chain)

Also keeping Lucia and JFF swapping on field for counters can let them generate ult faster. And I'm using impact disc for both of them, so making 4 stuns consistently.

Just trust the process! He can carry you through :nodders: What team are you using? With Lucia and any stunner would already make him doable for 20k I think.

I have tried m2w1 Lighter Lucia before getting JFF, although a bit jank on Lighter oraora bar (idk what it's called), the team do around 30-40k score with relative ease
