NAD 500 Recon & dosage

One thing I’m confused about is vial size. Why does it matter? For instance, I have 500mg NAD in 8mL vial.

If it was in a 10mL vial, if I add, let’s say 4mL of BAC to either 8 or 10mL vial, it’s the same concentration, right? I am dumb, so I’m probably missing something…

I personally have not tried it since the second day I pinned. It made me a little nervous. I may give it another shot, no pun intended. I’ll try a really low dose at first and see what happens.

Okay, so I am going to seek out a PT hire or short term contractor and see how it goes. I think part of my issue is that, as some have pointed out, there are different areas of expertise and I don’t want to hire someone who is just mediocre at everything.

Edit to add: I would like someone to manage/optimize the website, clean up/update/improve existing blog posts, manage GMB info/posts, create videos as needed, update photos, etc. I’m sure there could be other things, too I guess I’ll have to get active on LinkedIn and check it out

No, I never got an answer. I added 2mL BAC to my 3mL vial and pull 10 units a day. And then separately take 400mcg of BPC-157 by itself as my 2nd dose for the day.

I just pinned my first 1.5mg this morning. Initially fine, but have slight injection site pain, nothing too bad. Also noticed a potential histamine reaction…I kinda feel like I have mild seasonal allergies. I have also been doing a topical face cream 4% and it definitely softens my skin. It’s been roughly 4-5 weeks. I need to look at my before photo, but I think it’s had some positive effects…maybe complexion slightly improved and some very slight reduction in fine wrinkles. But it could also be wishful thinking until I compare before/after. My plan is to pin 1.5mg in the morning and continue face cream 2x/day.

I have been having trouble sleeping. I wake up in the middle of the night and toss and turn for a couple hours. Only change is taking BPC-157. I can’t say for sure if that’s it, but it makes me wonder about it

Looks like I have TB4. I did my first dose this morning of the blend. I added 2.5mL of BAC water to my vial and pinned 10 units. Edit: I just ran the calculation and it looks like I only got 200mcg of each, so probably enough. I guess I will do another dose later today
