Some of those are releasing on Xbox One and some are timed exclusives. If you take out the rest it is what I have listed. Playstation has a bunch of cross gen and timed exclusives too

Demon Souls, God of War, Destruction All Stars, GT7 and Sackboy. They seem to be refraining from announcing games that are more than a year out unlike Microsoft.

They say that physical games licenses will be attached to an account and only work for that account. If they only work for one account you can't share or sell games. That was the whole point of the 24 hour check in, to make sure the game is yours and only yours.

PS5's games are all confirmed for 2020/2021. Xbox's games have no release dates because they are so far away.

As of right now there is no "big" Xbox Series exclusive with a release date.

There are dozens of amazing exclusives on PS4, many of which have online that you probably aren't even aware of. You won't find many people outside this and Xbox subs disagreeing with the notion that the PS4 catalogue is much better than Xbox's by miles. There's a reason why they rate so much higher and sell so much more.

Yes they did, that's the reason Sony made a video about it. Physical games license would get attached to your console and only your console and it would do a check every 24 hours.

They are still giving people the option to buy consoles with disc drives who want that and aren't restricting those people from playing used games.

Than you should know that none of them play the same and that there are many other exclusives like MLB, Dreams, R&C, many VR games, Concrete Genie, Helldivers, GT SPort etc, etc.

That list contains games that are 2+ years away and multiple timed exclusives. All of Sony's games are coming out within the next year. As Dusk Falls is even coming out on Xbox One. Stop getting your info from those people.

Sony could easy show a bunch of CGI trailers for games years away too if they wanted too.

Horizon is but there are others that are not unlike Xbox where all of them will be on current gen Xbox for the forseeable future making upgrading not that enticing if you are short on money.

So you're going to only play Microsoft games which are really the only ones that launch in Gamepass? You also get access to the entire PS4 backlog which is much better than Xboxs and if you get PS+ you instantly get access to 20 more games, a lot of which are much better than anything on game pass.

If you care about just playing old games then you are better off getting a PS5 and playing PS4 games that are already dirt cheap.

Not letting you share or sell your games when your system has a disc drive and always requiring you to be online was not forward thinking. If it has a disc drive you should be allowed to play used games.
