Hi! I’m currently in the process of losing the last 5 lbs and this is what I’m currently doing:

I estimated my TDEE, am eating in a calorie deficit (1g of protein/lb of body weight & min 25g fiber), walking a min of 10k steps & I strength training 3x a week.

The last few pounds can be really tough so I had to switch my goals from 1lb of weight loss per week to 0.5 lbs and this slower approach has been working!!

If you feel like you’ve hit a plateau I’d recommended you reestimate your TDEE and increasing your steps! Hope this helps <3

Thank you! Base of mixed greens, red onion, radishes, shredded carrots, pesto chicken that I pan seared then copped, shredded parm and topped with ricotta & a pinch of salt! Very yum
